How is the Program Implemented?
I see clients by appointment only in our home-based clinic in Mackay, QLD. The child begins with a comprehensive assessment to identify developmental gaps, retained primitive reflexes, sensory processing challenges, movement patterns, and areas of brain imbalance.
From this assessment, an individualised program is created specifically for your child. The program includes targeted activities designed to support brain development, improve nervous system function, and strengthen the foundations needed for learning, behaviour, emotional regulation, coordination, and attention.
Families can choose from two implementation options:
Option1 - Practioner Led Program
Option 2 : Parent-Supported Home Program

Yes, our program is grounded in evidence-based practices. We integrate approaches and techniques that have been extensively researched and proven effective in supporting neurodivergent individuals. I uses the Melillo method, which is based on established scientific research and clinical experience. I continuously evaluate and refine my strategies to ensure they are aligned with the latest research and best practices for neurodevelopmental support. By combining cutting-edge techniques with individualised care, our program aims to deliver measurable, positive outcomes for participants.
Our program is ideal for children aged 3–17 years old. If your child is outside this range, reach out to see if we can help.
We target the root cause — developmental delays in the brain — using intensive, movement-based coaching sessions 3x per week. This consistent stimulation drives real progress.
Retained primitive reflexes can show up as emotional outbursts, poor coordination, anxiety, or learning delays. These early movement patterns should disappear as a child’s brain develops — but if they don’t, they can interfere with everyday functioning.
Most families notice changes within the first few weeks, while others see more gradual improvements over time. Consistency with the program is one of the most important factors influencing outcomes.
Parents commonly report improvements in:
